There is something adorable about watching a child experience their first piece of birthday cake. I have had several clients ask me to capture their little one's "cake smash." This is typically a pre-birthday shoot and client's use the images as framed decorations during their child's actual birthday party, to create custom invitations, and to mark milestones in their child's photo album. Parent's bring their own creativity to these sessions. A vintage wooden highchair, small sprinkled cake, and a natural  backdrop can be really sweet. I have also had client's with elaborate themes such as this sample shoot. Clients can choose to have their images in black and white, vintage edit, or typical color photography. I have fun working with you to create a playful memory. Sessions are $210 at a location of your choice and typically last between 45-60 minutes and clients receive between 30-50 images. The "cake smash" may only last a few minutes and is typically brought out at the end of the shoot.
